PENGARUH PERILAKU KEPEMIMPINAN BERORIENTASI HUBUNGAN, PROMOSI JABATAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI NEGEI SIPIL PADA DINAS PENDIDIKAN DAN KEBUDAYAAN KABUPATEN MALUKU TENGAH

Abstract


       In government organizations, human resources are composed of leaders and employees. The leader must be able to manage employees with good and true. Any leader should be able to give a good example to his officers. Leadership is reflected in the behavior of a leader who showed the attitudes, patterns of behaviour in impressionable his subordinates as well as coordinate job tasks of each employee. The behavior of the leadership that was formed from the attitudes and patterns of behaviour must be supported by the existence of good relations between the President and a subordinate or fellow subordinates. This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership, promotion of the Office, the work environment and employee performance based on the formulation of the problem. The research method used is the quantitative methods of research i.e. research survey to describe the relationships between variable and explanatory research is to explain the relationship between variable-a variable through the testing the hypothesis. Tools test analysis used in this study i.e. by using multiple linear regression analysis.

       The hypothesis was tested with the test method F, t-test, and the coefficient of determination (R2), the results showed that (1) the behavior relationship oriented leadership significant positive effect on performance clerk; (2) the promotion of the position of a significant and positive effect on performance clerk; (3) the work environment a positive significant effect against the performance of employees. There are some implications that may be suggested in this study.
