This journal is published by the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science and Technology, Universitas Pattimura in cooperation with Forum Pendidikan Tinggi Statistika (FORSTAT). Parameter contains scientific articles that explore various aspects of mathematics, statistics, and their applications. As a double-blind peer-reviewed journal, Parameter publishes one volume each year with three regular issues published in April, August, and December. We accept manuscript submissions from authors worldwide. Starting in 2025, all articles must be in English, original, not previously published, and not currently under review in another journal. To ensure academic integrity, all manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism using Turnitin software. Manuscripts with a similarity rate exceeding 20% will be automatically rejected without further review. Parameter has been indexed in a number of leading databases such as Sinta 3, Google Scholar, Crossref, and Garuda, thus ensuring wide visibility and academic recognition. Since 2019, we accepted and published manuscripts in the field of science: Biology (Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, studies on biodiversity, and studies on ethnobiology), Biotechnology (Application of bioinformatics, genetic engineering, functional food engineering), and Biomedical Science (Diagnostics molecular, studies on medicinal metabolites, studies on pharmacology). The name "RUMPHIUS" represents and commemorates a Germany Botanist (1627-1702), who was a famous taxonomist lived and ended his precious life in Ambon Isle, Maluku (Moluccas - "The Spice Island"), Indonesia, whose full name was Georg Eberhard Rumphius. He described thousands of plants and hundreds of animals species found around Maluku. His great work is called the Herbarium Amboinense book or Rumphius' D'Amboinsche Rariteitkamer. We attached his famous name to the name of this journal, as motivation for the curiosity of the young science generation of Maluku. |

JENDELA PENGETAHUAN was first published in April 2007 (Print-ISSN 2979-7842, registered since Jan 5th, 2012; while e-ISSN 3021-8314, just registered on July 21st, 2023) and is published by the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Pattimura, in collaboration with LP2M-Maluku. Online publication has been conducted since Volume 15 Number 1 on April 2022. JENDELA PENGETAHUAN serves as a medium of scientific information and communication for the development and professionalism that contributes to the expansion of knowledge in the field of education, particularly through the application of curriculum, instruction, learning, policy, and teacher preparation, with the goal of advancing the understanding of educational theory and practice. This journal publish twice a year in April - October period and October - April period, and it accepts manuscripts or articles from academics and researchers both from within and outside the country. Each manuscript will be checked for plagiarism before being reviewed by reviewers and will be reviewed by editors. If deemed suitable, it will be sent for anonymous peer review using a double-blind review system, where manuscripts are sent to reviewers without revealing the authors' identities. All published articles are original and have not been published before, or simultaneously elsewhere. |

| Amanisal : Teknologi dan Manajemen Perikanan Tangkap |
"Amanisal" is the local name for a traditional fish pot used in some coastal areas of Indonesia, particularly Maluku. This pot falls into the category of "simple bubu," which is a type of fishing gear made from natural materials such as bamboo, rattan, or woven leaves. The bubu is typically basket-shaped with one or more openings designed to allow fish to enter easily but make it difficult for them to escape. The principle behind this simple bubu is to use bait placed inside to attract fish, trapping them within the device. "Amanisal" refers to a specific variation or type of this bubu used in the Maluku region. |

The journal focuses on research articles and book reviews centered around social sciences and humanities development. The name "Baileo" is derived from the traditional house in Maluku, which was used as a gathering place for community discussions and exchanging ideas.
